Two-time Emmy-winner Andreas Burgess has shot fiction, non-fiction and the spaces in between for over 20 years. He has filmed on every continent but Antarctica with his resulting work showcasing at Sundance, Cannes, TriBeCa, SXSW & Full Frame and on HBO, Showtime, FX, Hulu, ABC, PBS & ESPN.

Burgess’ narrative credits include 9 feature films, most recently Austin Alward’s forthcoming TASMANIA, as well as Liz Garcia's ONE PERCENT MORE HUMID and Lisa Robinson & Annie Howell's CLAIRE IN MOTION. His series credits include FINAL WITNESS, THE LAST DEFENSE (both for ABC) & A CRIME TO REMEMBER (Discovery).

Documentary credits include The New York Times' THE WEEKLY, Elisabeth Havilland James' IN SO MANY WORDS, Sadia Quraeshi Shepard's THE OTHER HALF OF TOMORROW and most recently Purcell Carson's LA VIDA NO TERMINA (shot in Salcajá, Guatemala).

A graduate of Wesleyan University, Andreas is a lifelong fan of the Milwaukee Brewers and an avid barbecuer of marinated meats. He splits time between New York City and New Haven, CT with his wife and children.
